AFROPUNK PARIS 2016

Our prayers were heard, the Afropunk Festival came back to Paris last weekend at the Trianon.  Even if the event took place in Paris, we had the presence of many people from every corner of Europe and also people  coming from the States. The second edition was crowded with different individuals wearing their most colorful outfits for the occasion. We were there and we got to meet new individuals and new artists.

So many styles around us, we didn't know where to look.  People were feeling themselves to the fullest. Afropunk is more than putting on a look and attend a concert. Afropunk is an event that promotes  tolerance around the world. It's our second time there and we got to meet new individuals and intellectuals. We took part on many deep conversations, we exchanged on different topics and projects. The vibe was definitely right. Also, we have only experienced Afropunk Paris but we are thrilled that they are about to do it in London. We will be there for sure!

Concerning the line up, we had the pleasure to see perform, Angel Haze, Samm Henshaw, Féfé, Michael Kiwanuka, Morcheeba, Petite Noir, The Suffers, The OBGMS, Saul Williams and many more.

We gathered some of the best looks we ran into during these 3 days, check out below.
